Preliminary Admissions Opened
We are excited to announce that preliminary admissions for the 2024/2025 academic year are now open! As we prepare to welcome our future students, a Learning Management System (LMS) page is now available to streamline the admissions process. If you're interested in studying with us, you can apply right away!
The admission process consists of three stages:
- Fill in the application form.
- Submit the required documents and a motivation letter.
- Pass entrance tests.

We have also prepared a short guide to make the registration process easier for you. This process is the same for both first-year and second-year applicants.
- Upon registration, you will need to upload the following documents:
- ID or passport
- Certificate of Basic General Secondary Education
- Academic Transcript
- Additionally, you will need to provide proof of English language proficiency (B2 and higher). If you don’t have one, you will be required to complete an English language test. We accept the following certificates:
- IELTS – minimum 5.5 (and at least 5.0 in all sections)
- TOEFL iBT – minimum 72
- FCE — minimum 160
- PET — minimum 160
- CAE — any score
- Duolingo English Test – minimum 100
- USE (ЕГЭ) – minimum 90
- We also ask you to upload a motivation letter as part of the entrance exam.
In the motivation letter, an applicant should explain their educational goals, their vision for their professional future, and why they wish to study at FLAS. The letter should be written in English and be 2000–2500 characters long.
Evaluation Criteria:
- The applicant clearly states their educational objectives, which should be ambitious but realistic and can be achieved by studying at FLAS (15 points).
- The text is well-structured, logical, and free from clichés, excessive pathos, and generalities (10 points).
- The text adheres strictly to the specified length (5 points).
