Baccalaureate
The total fee is 5,000 euros per year*. The fee can be paid in one or two installments by invoice.
*The total amount includes an enrollment fee for the 2024/2025 academic year of 2,500 euros and an annual tuition fee of 2,500 euros.
Cost of living
If you are considering studying at FLAS, it is important to know what it will cost to support yourself. During your stay in Budva, you can expect to spend between 600 and 1,300 euros a month on living expenses. This amount does not include your tuition fee.

Accommodation
300-800 euros/month.
The average rent in Budva is higher than in most other cities in Montenegro. The monthly rent depends on the accommodation type (private room, studio, 1 or 2-bedroom apartment, etc.). Sharing an apartment with another student can make it more cost-effective.
One-time costs and fees:
Contract costs: 50-80 euros
Down payment: 1 or 2 months’ rent

Additional fees:
Utilities in Montenegro are usually paid by the tenant. The amount depends on electricity and water consumption. The approximate average cost per person is 50 euros/month in summer and 100 euros/month in winter.

• Tourist registration fee: 1 euro/day, paid before submitting documents for the residence permit.

Residence permit & Visas
From 130 euros including state fees, health insurance, and translation of documents
Important: You will have to provide a guarantee of your financial security for the duration of the residence permit at the rate of 10 euros for each day of stay in the country during the year, which is 3,650 euros. In many cases, to provide a bank guarantee, you might be required to open a bank account in Montenegro. In this case, our team will help you. The opening of a bank account will cost starting from 140 euros.
A short-stay visa
